How do I create/use/view ACD reports?

  1. Click Reporting --> acd reports
  2. A single box displays.  Choose one or multiple queues from the first box to define the scope of your report
  3. Set your Start Date and Time
  4. Set your End Date and Time
  5. From the drop-down menu next to Report:, select the type of report you want to view
  6. Click View Report
