Grandstream Phones

Beginning in Q4 of 2008, Fonality will begin selling Grandstream Phones (BudgetTone 200 and GXP2000). We will strive to document everything you wish to know about Grandstream phones, configuration parameters, and any known issues within this page.

Known Issues

Grandstream phones do not auto off-hook when dialing through HUD2

This includes: parking/hold when triggered using HUD, calling out via HUD, barging, et al. Other features should work as expected. Fonality does not plan to resolve this issue because the release of HUD3 will deprecate HUD2 entirely and no further updates will be released for the HUD2 Client application.
